Klop is shipped from Melbourne using Australia Post's eParcel service. For standard delivery times check out their website (www.auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/standard-delivery-timetables). For an extra $10, we have an express post delivery option which should deliver your Klop to your door in 3-5 business days within the Express Post delivery network (www.auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/sending-in-australia/delivery-areas-within-australia).
Generally our orders are picked, packed and sent the next working day after your order has been placed (i.e. an order placed on Thursday will generally be collected by Aus Post on Friday).
All goods purchased through klop.net.au are delivered by Australia Post or a contract courier.
Goods purchased on klop.net.au are delivered to your door free of charge anywhere within Australia.
Klop Australia Pty Ltd endeavours to ensure shipping of all goods purchased on klop.net.au within 1-14 business days from the date of purchase.
Klop Australia Pty Ltd does ship goods outside of Australia and the cost of international shipping is $50 per Klop set. The customer is responsible for any import duty or tax which may be payable in your country.
